The Digital DiagnosticDigital diagnostics for independent local businesses

A measured account of how your business shows up online, and what each gap is costing you.

Not an opinion, and not a sales call. We measure your digital presence against a fixed diagnostic framework using public data and official sources, then write up every finding with the evidence behind it and the specific steps that close it.

You are most likely reading this because you received one of these reports about your own business. The preview is free and yours to keep.

What gets measured

Every business is run through the same framework, grouped into the areas that determine whether someone looking for what you sell can find you, trust you, and reach you.

Discovery

Google Business Profile completeness and category accuracy, structured data, crawler access, service-page coverage, indexability, and whether AI search tools can find and cite you.

Trust

Review volume and rating against local benchmarks, accessibility signals, privacy and policy pages, and the credibility markers buyers check before calling.

Conversion

Page speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile experience, tap-to-call, booking paths, lead capture, and how quickly a visitor can actually reach a person.

Location

Official state DOT traffic counts for the roads within about a kilometre of your door, and what that measured exposure is worth.

$297 one time, per business

An agency will run this same audit for $1,500 to $3,000, or give it away free and tie it to a retainer of $2,500 a month and up. The tools to do it yourself run $60 to $200 a month across four or five subscriptions, and then you still have to know how to read them. This is one payment, delivered now.

No subscription. No retainer. No upsell to an agency, because we do not do the repair work and are not asking to be hired to do it.

Every finding is stated with its measurement, so you can verify the work yourself or hand it to whoever already maintains your site. Because the report is delivered in full the moment it unlocks, all sales are final.

Questions

Who is this for?

Independent, owner-operated local businesses. We do not report on franchises or multi-location chains, and they are filtered out before anything is analyzed.

Where does the data come from?

Public and official sources: the Google Places API, the US Census, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, state Departments of Transportation, the EPA, OpenStreetMap, and a direct technical read of your own website. Any statistic quoted in the report is cited with its source and date so you can check it.

Is this automated?

The measurement is, and that is the point: the same framework is applied to every business the same way, so nothing is graded on a mood. The written analysis is generated and then checked against the measured data for contradictions before the report is released.

What if a finding is wrong?

Websites and listings change continuously and automated tools can misread a page. Every finding carries the measurement it came from, so a wrong one is visible rather than buried. Tell us and we will correct the record.

Do you resell or share my information?

No. Nothing measured about your business is sold, shared, or published. Aggregate industry benchmarks are anonymized and never attribute a figure to an identifiable business.
